Here is information for Vendors who may wish to bring their wares to Vancoufur 2024. We have several opportunities for vendors of all levels to sell their wares.

Please read each section carefully as there are different processes for applications and expectations for each area.

Dealer’s Den

The Dealer’s Den is our main vendor hall. Applications for this are competitive and we expect them to be open some time in August. There will be a 2-3 week application period and vendors will be chosen by a selection committee based on the types of products they sell, quality of products, uniqueness of products, and standing in the community. You will be required to submit a portfolio showcasing your goods. Dealer’s Den application period is Aug 27 to Sept 17th, 2023. Please be sure to read all information.

Artist Alley

The Artist Alley is ideal for vendors just starting out and wanting to get their feet wet, or people who may only want to vend for a short time on specific days and don’t want a weekend commitment. The Artist Alley changes on a daily basis, so every day its exciting to check out. Reservations can be made for 1 or 2 days in advance, and there is also drop-in tables available for those who may just want to come and sell for a few hours spontaneously. Artist may sit for a few hours or the whole day. The Artist Alley operates Fri-Sun. AA applications open after Dealer selections are announced.

Night Market

One night only, this late night market vendor event occurs in the Artist Alley space on Thursday evening. The Night market is open from 6:30pm to 11pm. Vendors may sign up for the Night Market between 6 pm – 10:30 pm. Show up at the signup table any time between 6pm and 10:30pm, and you can get a spot if there is one available. Table fees go to charity.

After Dark Bazaar (18+)

The After Dark Bazaar is an 18+ Artist Alley style event that occurs Late night Sat. In this market artists are free to openly display their 18+ art and products. This is an ID checked, 18+ event. More information coming soon.
